简要规则描述：分部大楼加固项目，位于**区广衍路1号，经检测需进行加固修缮。办公楼为地上五层混合结构房屋，每层面积：284.74m2，合计面积：1423.7m2，活动室为地上二层混合结构房屋，面积：161.72m2，总计面积：1585.42m2。具体项目内容、采购范围及所应达到的要求以磋商文件及图纸内容为准。

Brief Specification Description: The reinforcement project of the branch building islocated at No.1 Guangyan Road, Pudong New District, and needs to be reinforced and repaired after inspection. The office building is a five-storey mixed structure building above ground, with an area of 284.74m2 for each floor and a total area of 1423.****点击查看. The mobile room is a two-storey mixed structure building above ground, with an area of 161.72m2 and a total area of 1585.****点击查看. Specific project contents, procurement scope and requirements to be met shall be subject to the contents of consultation documents and drawings.

合同履约期限：合同签订生效之日起至质保期结束，施工工期60日历天

The Contract Period: From the date of signing and effectiveness of the contract until the end of the warranty period, the construction period is 60 calendar days.

二、申请人的资格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)满足《****点击查看政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: this project is a procurement project with reserved shares, and the reserved shares arereserved as a whole (specially forsmall and medium-sized enterprises)

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参****点击查看政府采购活动；为采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的供应商，不得再参加该采购项目的其他采购活动。
（4）具有建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质。
（5）具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）。
（6）拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: （3）The responsible person of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationship shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers providing overall design, specification preparation or project management, supervision and testing services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.
（4）Have the qualification of Grade III and above for general contracting of construction engineering.
（5）Have safety production license (valid period).
（6）The person in charge of the proposed project shall have the qualification of registered constructorof Grade IIor abovein construction engineering specialty, have valid safety production assessment certificate, and have not served as the project leader of other construction projects under construction.
