XIAMEN ONGOING CONSTRUCTION GROUP CO LTD现就“姆班巴湾新码头开发的设计与建造项目”所需电梯采购及安装进行公开询价，欢迎符合资格条件的供应商参与报价。

本次采购内容为电梯采购及安装1套，主要技术参数为：载重630kg，4层4站，运行速度1.0m/s，并配备应急平层装置、稳压器等相关设备。供应商应负责设备供货、运输、安装、调试及相关售后技术服务，产品及安装应符合坦桑尼亚国家及行业相关标准、规范以及本项目技术要求。

报名及报价时间：
**时间：2026年8月29日21:00至2026年9月1日21:00；
坦桑尼亚时间：2026年8月29日16:00至2026年9月1日16:00（EAT，UTC+3）。

有意参与本项目的供应商，请在规定时间内登录“中交招采网”确认参与并下载采购文件，并于报价截止时间前完成线上报价及电子响应文件上传。逾期提交的报价文件将不予接受。

报价币种：坦桑尼亚先令（TZS）。
具体采购范围、技术要求、报价要求、付款条件、交货及安装要求等内容，以本项目采购文件为准。

XIAMEN ONGOING CONSTRUCTION GROUP CO LTD hereby invites qualified suppliers to participate in the public inquiry for the procurement and installation of one elevator required for the Design and Build for Development of a New Mbamba Bay Port Project.

The procurement includes one (1) set of elevator, with the main specifications of 630 kg rated load, 4 floors/4 stops and a rated speed of 1.0 m/s, together with an Emergency Landing Device, Voltage Stabilizer and other relevant equipment. The Supplier shall be responsible for equipment supply, transportation, installation, commissioning and related after-sales technical services. The equipment and installation works shall comply with relevant Tanzanian national and industry standards, specifications and the technical requirements of the Project.

Registration and Quotation Period:
Beijing Time: From 21:00 on August 29, 2026 to 21:00 on September 1, 2026;
Tanzania Time: From 16:00 on August 29, 2026 to 16:00 on September 1, 2026 (EAT, UTC+3).

Interested suppliers shall log in to the CCCC Procurement Network within the specified period to confirm participation and download the procurement documents, and shall complete the online quotation and upload the electronic response documents before the quotation deadline. Quotations submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

Quotation Currency: Tanzanian Shillings (TZS).
